2.1 Purchase Requirements

 

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase Tea through the Website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age for purchase and that all information provided (including name, contact details, delivery address, etc.) is true, accurate, and complete.

 

2.2 Product Information and Quality

 

All Tea displayed on the Website is authentic, with truthful descriptions of its type, origin, specifications, packaging, etc. Tea products include single-variety teas and limited-edition sets, all accompanied by valid quality inspection certificates or origin statements. If you have any questions about product information, please consult our customer service channel.

 

  1. Orders and Payments

 

3.1 Order Processing

 

• All orders will be reviewed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

• After order confirmation, you will receive an email containing order details and logistics tracking information (where applicable). Processing times may be extended during promotional events or peak periods, and we will inform you of progress via in-site messages or text messages.

 

3.2 Payment Methods

 

You may complete payments through the online payment methods supported by the Website (such as credit cards, debit cards, third-party payment platforms, etc.). All payment information is protected by encryption technology, and we will not store your sensitive payment details.

 

Order amounts are displayed in RMB or HKD, subject to the checkout page.

We offer the following shipping services, with timelines calculated in working days (excluding weekends and holidays):

 

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 working days after order review.

 

• Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 working days after order review (additional expedited fees apply).

 

• Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 working day after order review (limited to working days, excluding certain regions).

 

Note: Delivery times for international orders are subject to customs clearance at the destination, with specific timelines based on logistics tracking information.

 

4.2 Shipping Fees and Duties

 

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method, order amount, and delivery address: Domestic orders over a specified amount enjoy free standard shipping (specific amount as shown on the checkout page); international orders are subject to additional duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination customs, which are borne by you.

 

• We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by inaccurate delivery addresses provided by you or failure to cooperate with customs clearance in a timely manner.

 

  1. Returns and After-Sales Service

 

5.1 Return Policy

 

• If you change your mind for personal reasons, you may apply for a return within 7 natural days of receiving the Tea, and we will bear the one-way shipping fee for domestic returns (provided the product remains unopened in its original packaging with all accessories intact).

 

• If the Tea has quality issues (such as spoilage, damaged packaging, etc.), please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photo or video evidence, and we will provide a free replacement or refund.

 

• International orders and customized products are not eligible for no-reason returns, unless the product itself has quality issues.

 

5.2 After-Sales Guarantee

 

We promise to provide free return or exchange services for any non-human-induced quality issues with Tea within the shelf life. If the product is damaged during shipping, please retain the complete packaging and logistics documents, and we will assist you in claiming compensation from the logistics company.
