Refund policy

Thetools andservices available from this site to you, the user, are conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here by us (Yunnan Tuyang Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. & VASTAI LIMITED).

1. Return andExchangeConditions

1.1 Return andExchangeforQuality Issues

- If tea products are moldy, emit an unusual odor, contain obvious foreign matter, or have damagedpackagingwithexposedmoisture,theycanbereturnedorexchangedwithoutreason within 7 days (clear photos/video evidence must be provided).

- For tea sets with cracks, obvious defects (inconsistent with the description), or dyeing fraud, youneedtoprovideacertificate from an authoritative appraisal agency and product details, andtheycanbereturnedorexchangedwithin7days.

- If tea sets are broken or dented during transportation, you must submit a complete unpacking video anddamagedphotoswithin24hoursofsigningforthepackage.Afterverification, we will reissue the product or provide a free refund.- If the product is unopened andtheouterpackagingisintact, you can apply for afull refund or reissue.

- In principle, unpacked products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless verified to have production quality issues (such as deterioration due to vacuum packaging air leakage).

1.2 Returns and ExchangesNotDuetoQualityIssues

- For tea products, if there are subjective differences in taste, color, etc., and the products are unopenedanddonotaffectsecondarysales,theycanbereturnedwithin3days(shippingcosts are bornebythebuyer).

- Customized products related to tea sets (such as engraving, special packaging) do not support unconditional returns or exchanges.

1.3 Situations Where Returns and Exchanges Are NotSupported

- Tea products that have expired or deteriorated due to improper storage.

- Products with wrongspecifications or varieties caused by customers' mistaken purchases (it is recommendedtoconsultcustomerservicebeforeplacing anorder).

- Tea sets with color changes caused byartificial bumps, wear, or long-term use.

2. Return andExchangeProcess

2.1 Contact customer service to submit an application (with problem description + evidence).

2.2 After review approval, return the goods as instructed (proper packaging is required to prevent damage).

2.3 After the warehouse inspects and accepts the goods, the refund/reissue will be processed within 1-3 working days.

3. Special Notes

- Shipping responsibility: Quality issues are borne by the seller; non-quality issues or customer subjective reasons are borne by the buyer.

- Product characteristics: Tea products are non-returnable after opening or use.
