1. Return and Exchange Conditions
1. Return and Exchange for Quality Issues
- If tea and health products are moldy, smelly, have obvious foreign matter or the packaging is damaged and moisture is exposed, they can be returned and exchanged without reason within 7 days (clear photos/video evidence must be provided).
- If tea sets, jade, bracelets and other products have cracks, obvious defects (not consistent with the description), dyeing fraud and other problems, you need to provide a certificate from an authoritative appraisal agency and product details, and they can be returned and exchanged within 7 days.
- If tea sets, jade, bracelets and other products are broken or bumped due to transportation, you need to submit a complete unpacking video and damaged photos within 24 hours after signing for them, and you can reissue or refund them free of charge after verification.
- If the product is unopened and the outer packaging is intact, you can apply for a full refund or reissue.
- In principle, unpacked products (tea, tonics) are not supported for return and exchange unless it is verified to be a production quality problem (such as deterioration due to air leakage in vacuum packaging).
2. Returns and exchanges not due to quality issues
- For products related to tea and health products, there are subjective differences in taste, color, etc., and products that are not opened and do not affect secondary sales can be returned within 3 days (the shipping cost is borne by the buyer).
- Customized products related to tea sets, jade, and bracelets (such as engraving, special packaging) do not support unconditional returns and exchanges.
3. Situations where returns and exchanges are not supported
- Products related to tea and tonics that have exceeded their shelf life or have deteriorated due to improper storage.
- Wrong specifications and varieties caused by customers' mistaken purchases (it is recommended to consult customer service before placing an order).
- Tea sets, jade, and bracelets have color changes caused by artificial bumps, wear, or long-term wear.
2. Return and exchange process
1. Contact customer service to submit an application (with problem description + voucher).
2. After the review is passed, return the goods according to the instructions (proper packaging is required to prevent damage).
3. After the warehouse has inspected and accepted the goods, the refund/reissue will be processed within 1-3 working days.
3. Special Notes
- Shipping responsibility: Quality issues are borne by the seller; non-quality issues or subjective reasons of the customer are borne by the buyer.
- Product characteristics: Tea and health products are not returnable after opening or use.
